The structure includes a 13’ tall basement. The structure includes cantilevered bays, monumental stairs, clerestories and a two level atrium spine. The building sits on spread footing foundation. The structure is designed for seismic loads per the IBC 2003 code.

Our scope of work for the master plan going forward involves a 5-story addition to the west side and a 1-story addition to the south wing of the Michigan Avenue building. The design and drawings are currently in-progress.
